We help physicians protect their most valuable asset: their good name.

Our Story

We founded CARE in 2003 as a smarter choice for physicians burdened by rising medical malpractice coverage premiums and the inability to find affordable—yet effective—coverage. With a background in medical care, our founders, Dr. Robert Pope and Dr. Daniel Hafendorfer, know firsthand the issues and challenges faced by today’s physicians.

Nationwide, CARE covers thousands of doctors across the spectrum of medical specialties. Over the past twenty years, the leaders at CARE have developed strong relationships with agents and broker networks throughout the U.S.
